All pieces are handmade to order or specially ordered for each and every customer. For this reason, I have a no return policy for change of mind or incorrect choice. If you feel the goods are faulty please email me and we can organise for you to return the item (at customers expense) and I will assess it to determine whether it is faulty or if it is customer damage. If it is faulty metal/faulty item, I will remake/reorder the item and send the new piece to you at no additional cost to you.

Making jewellery is not just a job for me but something I love doing and am passionate about. I always use the best quality metals for each piece and buy only from the most reputable suppliers. Whilst handmade pieces are never 'perfect', it is these imperfections that make pieces special. It is what sets them apart from 'mass produced' items of the big retailers.
